• Apps Script™ Cache: Temporary caching within Google’s infrastructure (cleared automatically)

4.2 Data Retention

• Anonymous Installation IDs: Retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted
• Usage Statistics: Aggregated data retained indefinitely for service improvement (completely anonymized)
• Performance Logs: Retained for 90 days, then automatically purged
• Cache Data: Cleared automatically after 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on data type

• Encryption at rest for all stored data
• Access controls limiting who can view system data

5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

5.1 Financial Data Providers

We retrieve market data from third-party financial data providers to deliver stock information to you. We do NOT share any user information or personal data with these providers. They only receive requests for public market data (e.g., “get price for ticker SHOP.TO”).

5.2 Google Services

Investment Partner runs on Google’s infrastructure (Google Sheets™, Apps Script™, Firebase™). Google’s privacy policies apply to their services. We use Google services solely to deliver functionality to you.

5.3 No Data Selling or Trading

We do NOT:

• Sell user data to third parties
• Share data with advertisers
• Provide data to data brokers
• Use third-party analytics or tracking services
• Display advertisements

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

6.1 Google Sheets Access

Investment Partner only accesses Google Sheets™ files that you explicitly open and use with the add-on. We cannot and do not access other files in your Google Drive™.

The add-on requires these permissions:

• View and manage spreadsheets: Only for sheets where you use Investment Partner functions
